Information gathered by frichynews.com indicates that as part of the 2021 General Recruitment exercise, the Ghana Immigration Service will be conducting Screening (Body Selection and Document Inspection) from Monday, 18th October, 2021 to Thursday 21st and Aptitude Test on Saturday 23rd October, 2021 in all the sixteen [16] Regional Capitals.

After this phase of exercise, the next exercise is the Medical Screening, which after a successful completion will guarantee applicant to join the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS).

According to the statement released, the Ghana immigration service outlined 6 key things the stakeholders responsible for the screening exercise should take note as listed below;

  1. In time with this, the Human Resource Department has developed guidelines
    intended to direct all activities throughout the entire exercise.
  2. Also, some officers have been selected from headquarters to add up to officers
    selected from their respective regions to constitute Regional Recruitment Teams.
  3. The Regional Recruitment Teams are to collaborate with the Regional Commanders
    to oversee the successful organization of the Recruitment Exercise.
  4. All officers are advised to adhere strictly to the guidelines.
  5. Attached are a list of officers selected for the Regions and the General Guideline
    for GIS Recruitment, 2021.
