WASSCE 2021: WAEC To Closely Monitor Some Selected Schools Due To Tip Offs Received – [CHECK OUT THE SCHOOLS]

The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has issued a warning to some selected schools in the country confirming that they will keep an eagle eye on these schools following tip offs they received on the said schools’ intent to cheat in the on going WASSCE 2021.

In a press release sighted by Frichynews.com as released by WAEC on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 following following the rescheduling of the Physics and Business Management papers, WAEC reveals as a further step to safeguard the integrity of the examination, it has

put in place strict internal controls and compliance by all staff to the Security regulations of the Council. It has increased inspection and monitoring at the various centres.

The following schools in respect of which tip offs received on intents to cheat will be closely monitored for evidence to validate the claims by WAEC:

The Council further states that it has withdrawn some supervisors and invigilators from providing services for the Council pending further sanctioning.

Finally, WAEC has promised to scrutinize scripts of schools where cheating has been reported.
