Education General News Recruitments

Hon. Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh has finally cleared the air on the inability of the Ghana Education Service (GES) to release the list of the recruited staff, who completed Colleges of Education in 2019 and those of 2017 and 2018 who were recruited during the mopping up exercise.

In an interview on Accra-based Peace FM’s Kokrokoo Morning Show hosted by Chairman General, Kwame Sefah Kayi on Monday, November 30, 2020 which was keenly monitored by Frichynews.com, the Minister of Education and MP for Manhyia South Constituency, Hon. Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh attributed the inability of the GES to publish the list to some technical difficulties.

The Manhyia South Constituency Member of Parliament further made reference to the press statement released and signed by the head of the Public Relations Unit of the GES, Cassandra Twum Ampofo claiming that the press statement was a candid reason to the delay in release of the postings of recruited staff from the Colleges of Education.
