The Educational Minister, Mathew Opoku Prempeh has outlined the plans to recruit adequate university graduates into the educational sector.
Speaking in an interview, he expressed how sad the unemployment rate in the country has being the main issue, having qualified graduates seating at home.
Moving forward, he stressed that, the government planned to recruit most of the graduates into the educational sector. The Educational Minister made it clear of the vacancy available for University graduates in the educational sector.
Again, he explained that most of the graduates will be posted into Senior High Schools and the Basic level. Due to the emergence of COVID 19, the number of students in the classroom must be reduced. So new teachers have to be recruited to fill those vacant spaces.
Conclusively, he stated that the government is doing everything humanly possible to help reduce the unemployment rate of University Graduates in the country.
