Important notice – How to track your NSS Certificate (Hardcopy)

The National Service Secretariat recently launched an online portal to help personnel of the scheme conveniently order for their certificates online and have it delivered at their prefered location after successfully completing their mandatory one (1) year (12 months) national service.

This is being done in collaboration with DHL to deliver certificates to personnel.

All Personnels are inform that their NSS Certificates are Coming to their DoorSteps. Certificates have been dispatched via DHL with Tracking number. All Personnels are urged to track their Certificates by inputting their AWB on this URL –

How to Track your certificate

• Visit

• Login with NSS number and check your AWB code.

Copy the AWB code

• Then you can track it on DHL by inserting the code in the DHL tracking search box.

Please note that you must have successfully completed your mandatory one (1) year (12 months) national service.

There are guidelines available on the website to aid you to place your order.

  1. Dear NSS, please we’ve taken a bold step in fighting COVID-19 as far as our Certificates matters. We appreciate that on the part of the leadership.
    But rather unfortunate, i and almost all the personnel in the district i served have either received no alert about the contactless delivery or just SMS with no hint to reply.
    The Certificate has now become one of the most important documents when applying for job in both sectors. And as at now, we’ve not received ours yet.
    I will humbly propose that if possible, that the delivery won’t go well, then they should submit the Certificates to the various district offices near the addresses provided or the nearest post offices so that Personnel can go and check on them.
    We really need your assistance in this.
    My humble plea.
